Katelyn is an animal lover through and through, she knew from a very young age, growing up alongside 3 dogs and many cats, that she wanted to spend her life helping people's pets. Her career in pet care started in 2018 at a doggy daycare in Leslieville, where she was introduced to and immersed in the world of dog behavior, wellness, and grooming. When that business had to close, Katelyn found us and started as a grooming assistant, and since then she has been passionately working and fulfilling her goals of becoming a dog and cat groomer. She achieved her Certified Feline Master Groomer status from the National Cat Grooming Institute in 2021, and became a certified dog groomer early in 2022.

With a passion for helping anxious cats and dogs feel at ease, Katelyn’s is a zen master of pet pampering, gently guiding them through their grooming experience with minimal stress and maximum TLC. But that's not all – Katelyn's compassionate heart extends to those furballs with extreme matting, where she works her magic to liberate them from tangled tresses. And when it comes to our seasoned senior pets, she's all about keeping them comfy and cozy throughout their spa day. Plus, she has a lot of fun with major undercoat removals!
